International Orders (Non-US) - Please place orders at FerrisWheelMoon.etsy.com

All orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
A tracking number will be provided for all shipments that include tracking.

The following shipping methods are available at checkout:

Free Economy Shipping
Available on orders $50 and up.
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after shipment.
USPS First Class Mail (No Tracking)
- $0.50 handling fee
USPS Ground Advantage
- $0.50 handling fee
USPS Priority Mail
- $0.50 handling fee

Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS service conditions. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Once a package is marked as delivered according to the provided tracking information, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for packages confirmed as delivered.
Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail (letter mail) do not include tracking. By selecting this shipping option, the buyer understands and accepts that tracking is not available.

FerrisWheelMoon is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered mail once it has been accepted by the postal service.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
